How to install this ROM
Unlocked Bootloader
1. Unlock your bootloader at http://unlockbootloader.sonymobile.com/(*)
2. Stock .55 ICS based ROM. (Some parts of THIS ROM contain files from those firmwares)(*)
3. Copy ROM to SD card
4. Flash kernel with recovery.(*)
5. Enter CWM Recovery (Make sure that /system is unmounted)
6. Do a factory reset (Not necessary if coming from same firmware)
7. Flash ROM
8. Reboot.
9. On first boot your phone should reboot once after the bootanimation. This is normal.
10. Next boot should take a while.
11. You may see that, after some reboots, you get a message on the screen informing you that you are flashing new firmware, this is fine. DO NOT DISTURB THE PHONE WHILST THAT IS HAPPENING.
12. ENJOY!!!
(*) These steps may not apply to you.
Additional note: Some people may experience a status 7 error. If this happens, extract the boot.img from the zip and flash that before installing the ROM again.

INTRODUCTION
After 6 weeks of hard works, the time as come to present you my first Jelly Bean rom :laugh:
Here's the eXistenZ for the Xperia S.
Three different editions will be done, the black and the white; This is the Black Edition.
All Sony's applications and features are (or will be) themed in black, everything have been redrawed (Background, Icons, Menus, ...) to show what Sony could have done :laugh:

This ROM is based on the FXP220-cm-10-20130517-UNOFFICIAL-nozomi to make the ROM with patchrom adaptation support OTA, sync MIUI official update after testing calls, SMS (2G), data (2G), WIFI , theme, camera,etc... ,and include various bug fixes to work normal .
REQUIREMENTS & PROCEDURE TUTORIALS:

:: Firstly Get & Note Down IMEI Code of Your Device. It can be Obtained by Dialing *#06# in Phone Dialer.
: :Charge Your Phone Upto 60% Battery Level So As To Ensure That It Doesnt Turn Off During The Process of Bootloader Unlocking.
:: Temporarily Disable Your PCs Antivirus Software As This Might Interrupt The Process.
By Assuming That Youve Followed The Essential Steps Mentioned Above, You Can Now Move To The Further Part Of The Article Where Will Check on How To Unlock Bootloader.
Step 1 : Installation of USB Drivers.
:: Download Fast Boot Package With USB Drivers From The Attachements.
:: Switch Off Your Device & Connect It To The Computer Using USB Cable While Enabling Fast Boot Mode (Press & Hold Volume Up Button To Trigger Fastboot Mode). Windows Will Start Driver Installation As soon As Youll Connect Your Device To The Computer While Keeping It In Fastboot Mode.
:: Now Extract The Fastboot Package Which Youve Just Downloaded in Your PC.You Will Find 2 Folders Named As fastboot & usb_driver.
:: Point Driver Installation Location To usb_driver Folder.

Step 2 : Unlocking Bootloader.
:: Before Unlocking Bootloader, You Need To Check That if Your Devices Bootloader Can Be Unlocked Or Not. If It is Set To Yes Then Only You Can Unlock ::Your Devices Bootloader Otherwise Its Impossible To Unlock It.
:: After Verifying Bootloader Unlock Status Set To Yes, Go To Sonys Official Bootloader Unlocking Site.
:: Scroll To The Bottom of The Page & Press Continue.
:: You Will be Prompted With The Message Are You Sure ?. Accept It By Clicking On Yes I Am Sure.(Assuming That Youve Read It Properly). Then Accept The Legal Terms.
:: Now Youll Get Create Unlock Request Page.Enter Your Name, Email Address & IMEI (Which Youve Noted in Essential Steps Mentioned Above).
:: Youll Now Get Unique Key Which Will Be Displayed On The Screen. Save It Safely As We Will Require It In Next Part Of The Article.

Solution 1 - For all firmware except 2.55.
1.) Download attached Root_with_Restore_by_Bin4ry_v30.
2.) Extract it using 7zip (http://downloads.sourceforge.net/sevenzip/7z920.exe)
3.) Double click the RunMe.bat and follow instructions!
Xperia phones with "older" firmware = Normal mode
Sony Tablet and similar = Special mode
Xperia phones with JB Firmare = Mode 3
Solution 2 - For firmware 2.55.
1.) Download and run attached ERoot 1.1 .
2.) Connect your Xperia S /SL to the Computer（The correct driver is needed ） with USB Debugging and unknows sources on
3.) Just click the 一 键 root then wait a moment
4.) when it says 恭 喜 您 ，获 取 root 权 限 成 功 ，you are success.
5.Flash Recovery

2.)Enter fastboot mode .
Turn off your device. Hold volume up on the device and plug it into your computer. The device will now be in fastboot mode.
3.)Run the following command via the command line:
fastboot flash boot stock-6.1.A.0.452-twrp-2.4.0.0.elf
Notes:
- You will do all procedure from fastboot package folder which you already downloaded for bootloader unlocking. -
- Easiest way to enter Windows CMD is holding SHIFT + RIGHT CLICK on empty space in folder than choose option "Open Command Window Here".
6.Flash MIUI V5 Rom - Download MIUI V5 3.5.22 ()
- Flash Tutorial -
1. put xxx.zip copied to the root directory of cell phone (that is a direct copy)
2 .Enter Recovery (TWRP or CWM) (restart device (turn off, turn on & vol+) and while on the SE logo, simply tap the screen of your phone several times.
3. Select [wipe data / factory reset] → [YES]
4. Select [wipe cache partition] → [YES ]
5.Select [advanced] → [wipe Dalvik Cache] → [ YES ] → Back
6.Select [install zip from sdcard] → [choose zip from sdcard] → [XXXXX.zip] → [YES]
7. Wait flash finished, press Back and select reboot system now [], the phone going to automatically restart with installed MIUI ROM.
- First boot need ~ 3 - 5 min. -
7.Flash Google Apps (Gapps) - Download GAPPS 4.1.2(http://goo.im/gapps/gapps-jb-20121011-signed.zip)

:: Firstly Get & Note Down IMEI Code of Your Device. It can be Obtained by Dialing *#06# in Phone Dialer.
: :Charge Your Phone Upto 60% Battery Level So As To Ensure That It Doesnt Turn Off During The Process of Bootloader Unlocking.
:: Temporarily Disable Your PCs Antivirus Software As This Might Interrupt The Process.
By Assuming That Youve Followed The Essential Steps Mentioned Above, You Can Now Move To The Further Part Of The Article Where Will Check on How To Unlock Bootloader.
Step 1 : Installation of USB Drivers.
:: Download Fast Boot Package With USB Drivers From The Attachements.
:: Switch Off Your Device & Connect It To The Computer Using USB Cable While Enabling Fast Boot Mode (Press & Hold Volume Up Button To Trigger Fastboot Mode). Windows Will Start Driver Installation As soon As Youll Connect Your Device To The Computer While Keeping It In Fastboot Mode.
:: Now Extract The Fastboot Package Which Youve Just Downloaded in Your PC.You Will Find 2 Folders Named As fastboot & usb_driver.
:: Point Driver Installation Location To usb_driver Folder.

Step 2 : Unlocking Bootloader.
:: Before Unlocking Bootloader, You Need To Check That if Your Devices Bootloader Can Be Unlocked Or Not. For Checking Bootloader Status Dial *#*#7378423#*#* From Phone Dialer To Access Service Menu.Find Bootloader Unlock Status Over There. If It is Set To Yes Then Only You Can Unlock ::Your Devices Bootloader Otherwise Its Impossible To Unlock It.
:: After Verifying Bootloader Unlock Status Set To Yes, Go To Sonys Official Bootloader Unlocking Site.
:: Scroll To The Bottom of The Page & Press Continue.
:: You Will be Prompted With The Message Are You Sure ?. Accept It By Clicking On Yes I Am Sure.(Assuming That Youve Read It Properly). Then Accept The Legal Terms.
:: Now Youll Get Create Unlock Request Page.Enter Your Name, Email Address & IMEI (Which Youve Noted in Essential Steps Mentioned Above).
:: Youll Now Get Unique Key Which Will Be Displayed On The Screen. Save It Safely As We Will Require It In Next Part Of The Article.
:: Open CMD in your computer and type "cd (location of Fastboot Folder)".
:: Again Connect Your Device To PC by pressing and holding the Volume Up button.
:: Now In Command Prompt (CMD) Type The Following Command :
fastboot.exe -i 0x0fce getvar version
:: If Value is Returned (It Should return 0.5), It Means Device is Connected Properly.
:: Type This Second Command Mentioned Below :

:: Replace The KEY With The Unique Key Which Youve Received Earlier and Hit Enter.

4.Root
- TUTORIAL -
Solution 1 - For all firmware except 2.55.
1.) Download attached Root_with_Restore_by_Bin4ry_v30.
2.) Extract it using 7zip (http://downloads.sourceforge.net/sevenzip/7z920.exe)
3.) Double click the RunMe.bat and follow instructions!
Xperia phones with "older" firmware = Normal mode
Sony Tablet and similar = Special mode
Xperia phones with JB Firmare = Mode 3
Solution 2 - For firmware 2.55.
1.) Download and run attached ERoot 1.1 .
2.) Connect your Xperia S /SL to the Computer（The correct driver is needed ） with USB Debugging and unknows sources on
3.) Just click the 一 键 root then wait a moment
4.) when it says 恭 喜 您 ，获 取 root 权 限 成 功 ，you are success.
5.Flash Recovery

This Recovery is built from CWM 6.0.3.2 sources for Sony Xperia S Official JB firmware! There have been some changes made to get this working on stock kernel of Xperia :)

ROOT your Stock JB with relocked BL
Hello guys... Read this guide to see how to run Stock JB rooted with a locked BL device.
Unfortunately this method don't work on devices that can have their bootloader locked, this method is intended to be used for who CAN unlock his bootloader but for any reason want keep your bootloader locked.
What you're going to do is basically:
1- Unlock your device.
2- Root your device while is unlocked.
3- Relock your device and your device will keep rooted.
Question: But, when I unlock my device don't I lose my warranty and DRM keys forever (so Bravia Engine, Music download info won't work correctly)?
Answer: Yes, but this method involves to backup your TA partition [Trim Area] before you unlock it, after you will restore your TA partition and this will return your bootloader to locked status, remove unlock code key and bring your DRM keys back.

5 - When you see Sony Logo, access CWM pressing Volume UP button, select install zip from sd card and install SuperSU-1.25-Busybox-1.20.2-UPDATE.zip.
6 - Reboot your phone.
7 - Flash Jelly Bean (6.2.B.0.200) Stock Kernel.
8 - Reboot your phone.
9 - Restore your TA and reboot your device.
Enjoy your Stock Jelly Bean rooted with LOCKED BOOTLOADER!

THIS ROM PACKAGE INCLUDES SIGNED STOCK KERNEL!
This can be flashed using ANY recovery!!! on BOTH LOCKED AND UNLOCKED BOOTLOADER supported!!!

- Easy to flash update.zip via recovery
- Prerooted (SuperSU v1.30) and busybox (1.20.2) installed
- working STOCK KERNEL

- previously on stock .45/.50/.55 ICS ROM or roms based on that [since baseband of the official JB ROM is same as ICS :) ]

- any existing recovery!
[ how to install ]
- download the ROM and save it on SDCARD
- reboot device into recovery
- make sure that the /system partition is unmounted, i have noticed that in some kernels the /system partition remains mounted
- flash the ROMs update.zip (this will take some time)
- thats it now reboot device!!
- at first boot device will reboot once after bootanimation thats expected
- next boot will take a long time!!!
- it might happen that in after some reboots u get a "flashing firmware screen" thats ok.. let it complete... DO NOT DISTURB WHILE THAT PROCESS IS GOING ON!!!
- after a few reboots the ROM should stabilize!
- enjoy!

[ROM][XS][JB] Yakandu StockSlim v1 Root, Busybox, Base (Remember: Slim!)
This is my very first ROM, test it if you want :D
Features
This ROM is just the Stock JB .200 but Rooted, with Busybox and with almost every app (that doesn't interfere with the system) deleted, and an adjunct "deleted apps" .rar with every app i have deleted from the FW so you can recover whatever you want!

How to install?
Flash it using latest version of Flashtool (http://androxyde.github.com/index.html?1354286647000)
1. Download the firmware
2. Extract the .rar
3. Put the .ftf in <flashtool directory>/firmwares/
4. Run flashtool
5. Click flash or thunder icon
6. Flash mode (usually uses this)
7. Select from left panel the correct firmware
8. Check/Uncheck options at right panel (Do know what u're doing)
9. OK ... Wait for a connection pop-up
10. Do not follow the instruction there, Just Connect Xperia S holding volume down button :D
11. Wait for installation to complete (When no more loading and the log shows Reboot and enable android debugging)
12. Unplug device and reboot. You will notice new boot animation.
13. Close flashtool.
